We met with Volunteer Scotland in Stirling today, we wanted to make sure we were on the right track with how we intend to introduce volunteering opportunities to Linking People. We want everyone who joins with us to have the best possible experience. It soon became clear we still have a lot to learn in order to develop our volunteer programme in the way we want. The meeting was certainly an eye-opener that has arrived at the right time!! We may have the opportunity to work in partnership with Volunteer Scotland in the near future, this would give Linking People a fantastic platform to ensure our volunteering is exactly what we want it to be.
